Home lunch today. Prep time: roughly 3 min. Ingredients: 200gr spinach, 100gr mozzarella, 50gr smoked salmon, salt and pepper, olive oil. How: 1) heat some olive oil in a frying pan on moderate-high heat; 2) put in spinach and stir to reduce (not too much!); 3) put spinach on plate, crack salt and pepper over it, put salmon and mozzarella next to it; 4) eat!
